Salary Range: $2181.50 per week

About the Role:

This position involves providing high-quality patient care in an intensive setting. As an RN on our stepdown unit, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care according to established standards and protocols
  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • RN licensure in good standing
  • Experience working in an ICU or stepdown setting preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
