We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) unit at Kernersville Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a low-risk, 12-bed LDRP unit where patients labor, deliver, and recover in the same room.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- At least one year of recent Labor and Delivery experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
