Nurse Specialist, Labor and Delivery Unit

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Kernersville Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Educate patients and their families on post-delivery care and instructions
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
* One year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
