SalaryThe hourly compensation rate for this position is $17.50/hr based on relative experience.
Job DescriptionThis is a part-time opportunity to work as a retail merchandiser for Mondelēz International's snack brands.
As a retail merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and building displays of our snack products at various retail locations.
You will work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
Additionally, you will carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps.
Your goal will be to ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
You will also need to communicate any issues with Mondelēz' management team and follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and be able to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
You should have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store's shelves.
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
