Job Overview

The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be expected to consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed personal volume goals while maintaining an above-average quality of sale.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team selling goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, building relationships, and making recommendations.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and complying with brand standards.
  • Participate in receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Conduct merchandise stock counts and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain a workplace free of harassment and discrimination by adhering to company policies and reporting concerns promptly.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
