The Retail Service Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to all individuals they interact with, including fellow team members, customers, and donors. Key Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with an average weight of 20 lbs. for donation processing.
  • Capability to bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Successful completion of a background screening (including sex offender registry).
The Retail Service Specialist position offers a starting wage of $14.47 per hour, along with incentive pay based on store performance. The work schedule for this role includes a rotation of days, evenings, and weekends, requiring candidates to have flexible availability.
