The Electrical Quotation and Switchgear Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting our clientele, sales representatives, and construction teams by facilitating switchgear design and preparing quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and Account Managers with switchgear inquiries.
- Support the closure of switchgear sales opportunities across all accounts.
- Guide sales teams on switchgear specifications and requirements.
- Prepare detailed quotations for switchgear projects.
- Identify necessary project vendors and representatives.
- Ensure accurate review and entry of formal quotations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on pricing strategies.
- Oversee the department's quotation tracking and project completion processes.
- Provide technical assistance and respond to switchgear-related questions.
- Engage in product meetings and training sessions.
- Recommend suitable switchgear products for various construction initiatives.
- Analyze switchgear quotations to identify success patterns.
Qualifications
- Preferred: College degree or high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of switchgear products.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in mathematical calculations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with vendor guidelines and ethical standards.
