Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Commercial Construction Accounting Specialist who will be instrumental in overseeing and managing financial information essential to our construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with the financial leadership and project teams to ensure precise financial reporting and adherence to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize financial records, including project expenses and ledgers.
  • Conduct financial analysis to detect trends, discrepancies, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in the budgeting process by compiling historical data and aiding in expense projections.
  • Work alongside project managers to monitor project expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and relevant construction industry regulations.
  • Participate in audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:
