Job Title: Early Childhood Education Specialist Job Summary: River Road Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students. Responsibilities: * Assist in all aspects of the early childhood classroom activities, including diapering and potty training * Collaborate with a team of teachers to ensure classroom ratios are met when staff members need to be out of work * Work typical hours of 9:30a-5:30p, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to accommodate planned absences * Provide guidance and support to children * Build positive relationships with families * Create a positive learning environment Qualifications: * Must have experience in an early childhood education setting * Excellent communication skills * Strong classroom management skills Benefits: * PTO * Center-paid vision and dental insurance * Paid holidays * 2 weeks off in December * Optional summers
