Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at a large dental distributor and manufacturer in Pomona, CA.

This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development, and the selected candidate will be responsible for picking domestic orders, packing, and pulling orders from inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and RF technology.
  2. Pull orders from inventory and palletize them for shipment.
  3. Verify quantities on hand and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  4. Prepare distribution paperwork and record quantity shipped and lot number shipped.
  5. Assist with Kanban audits and understand DBS Tools and department KPIs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with 1 year of related work experience in shipping, receiving, distribution, or logistics.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Steel toe or composite boots required.
