Job Summary:

Bee Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Materials and Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing adhesive solutions for aircraft interior components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhesive Development: Develop, qualify, and certify adhesives for aircraft interior components, including structural and non-structural applications.
  • Specification Management: Create, maintain, and process specifications for aircraft interior materials.
  • Analytical Instrumentation: Proficiently operate analytical instruments (FTIR, TGA, DSC, DMA) to characterize adhesives and interpret test data.
  • Issue Resolution: Capable of resolving issues related to adhesives in a timely manner.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers in new adhesive development.
  • Adhesive Knowledge: Thorough understanding of adhesives, sealants, and tapes for aircraft interior applications.
  • CMH-17 Procedures: Proficient with CMH-17 procedures and capable of performing statistical analysis of testing data and generating design allowables for aircraft interior materials.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including technical writing and reading.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in adhesive development, qualification, and certification.
  • Experience working with suppliers in new adhesive development.
  • Proficient in analytical instruments (FTIR, TGA, DSC, DMA).
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
