Position Overview

Halberstadt's Bismarck is seeking a dedicated **Sales Associate** for our Men's Clothing department. This position is essential to our ongoing success and growth in the retail fashion industry.

The ideal candidate will embody a **positive demeanor** and demonstrate **respect** for both customers and colleagues. You will engage with clients to ensure they receive exceptional service while maintaining an organized and efficient retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in selecting appropriate merchandise and provide assistance with inquiries.
  • Recommend complementary products that enhance the shopping experience.
  • Utilize in-store resources to address customer questions effectively.
  • Make tailored suggestions based on customer preferences and product knowledge.
  • Ensure a pleasant shopping atmosphere through excellent communication and timely service.
  • Assist in the presentation and organization of merchandise, including restocking and display adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including cash register and fitting areas.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Stay informed about store safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $12/hr for Part-time, $13/hr for Full-time, with commission potential ranging from $200 to $500 per week.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends
  • Weekends only
