Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for increasing sales and profit by efficiently and courteously assisting customers with selecting and purchasing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with selecting and purchasing products
  • Meet sales targets and increase profit

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead

Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced construction and warehouse environment with variable but moderately high noise levels. Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required.
