Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the care provided by our team of licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Medication Management: Safely and accurately administer medications to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of our residents' health needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state
- CPR certification
