Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in an empathetic and compassionate manner
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Float to various clinics during and after training
- Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
