    • Offer assistance to guests who may need help, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
    • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders efficiently and accurately.
    • Provide friendly and courteous service on the phone.
    • Handle payments accurately and maintain a high level of cash handling integrity.
    • Stay knowledgeable about menu items, prices, and promotions to make informed recommendations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization:
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
    • Assist in setting up the buffet and ensuring labels are correct.
    • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, adhering to local health department regulations.
    • Perform daily duties to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Inform the Manager when the cash drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
    • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
