Lead Generation
Our agents benefit from a robust lead generation system, providing a minimum of 20+ rental leads weekly. These leads are sourced from a variety of channels, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients. In addition to residential rentals, agents can also access commercial leads, typically yielding 5+ opportunities each week. Our clients are primarily seeking office spaces, retail locations, restaurants, and multi-family properties throughout the region.
Training and Support
We prioritize the development of our agents through comprehensive training programs focused on leveraging technology for client acquisition and effective follow-up strategies. While some prior experience is preferred, we provide the necessary resources to ensure success.
Compensation Structure
Our commission structure is designed to reward hard work and dedication. Agents receive a 50/50 split on company-generated leads, while personal leads start at a 75% commission for the first three years. After this period, agents retain 100% of their earnings beyond a $5,000 cap. There are no desk fees, monthly fees, or transaction fees, ensuring that agents can maximize their earnings.

Requirements
