We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Services Trainer to join our team at Soap Creek Resources. As a key member of our Engineered Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Training Development and Delivery: Develop, control, and distribute training materials as needed. Facilitate training sessions with customers and ensure that all training efforts meet contract timelines and quality standards.
- Customer Engagement: Discuss training needs with customers and work with our sales team to develop offerings and proposals. Schedule training sessions with customers and provide training for maintenance, installation, operation, and startup of processes.
- Project Management: Project manage training efforts from conception through completion. Ensure that all training materials are thoroughly documented and that executed training meets high-value presentation standards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, customers, vendors, and fabricators. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and respond to requests and inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, knowledge of computers and applications, such as Microsoft Office, and ability to communicate (read/write) in English fluently.
- Travel: Ability to travel internationally and domestically 25% of the time.
- Office Environment: Approximately 75% of time spent in the office environment, with typical office conditions.
- Plant Environment: Approximately 25% of time spent in the plant environment, with some exposure to chemicals, hazardous materials, and noise.
