Epic Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epic Trainer to join our team. As an Epic Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating engaging and impactful learning experiences in a variety of settings for clinical and non-clinical roles across the system.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate technical training, clinical education, simulation, new employee orientation, and other learning experiences.
- Create a positive learning environment and maintain consistent and effective communication with learners and departments across the system.
- Evaluate learner performance and manage the effectiveness of content delivery.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development centers of expertise for consultation, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Participate in Learning Delivery implementation activities, including planning, testing, pilot facilitation, and train the trainer.
- Knowledge of adult learning and skilled in learning facilitation best practices.
- Experience with Epic system and ability to log into the system via Citrix.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
