The Senior Unit at Avera McKennan Hospital offers a unique blend of medical and mental health experience, allowing you to develop essential therapeutic skills that can be applied in various nursing settings.
About the Role:- You will manage infection prevention programs, collaborating with department directors to solve unit problems and improve processes.
- As a member of our dynamic team, you will contribute to creating a positive work environment, promoting career growth opportunities, and delivering high-quality patient care.
To succeed in this role, you must have current RN licensure in South Dakota or a multi-state compact privilege to practice in SD. Additionally, CPR, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification or completion upon next available program are required.
