Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver routine nursing services to residents with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members regarding patient conditions.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of six months of experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must hold an active CNA license in good standing.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to make independent decisions and handle sensitive situations with dignity and respect.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving residents as needed.
Employment Type:
Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay starting from $15.00 per hour.
