Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nurse Specialist in Acute Care. This role will provide high-quality patient care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- 1-2 years of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact.
- BLS certification required.
This full-time position requires working 7PM - 7AM shifts.
