Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Employee to join our CJ Student Success and Operations team. As a Student Employee, you will assist the Conference Center and Building Coordinator with daily tasks, including organizing files, processing mail, making deliveries, and setting up conference rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks, such as organizing files, processing mail, and making deliveries
- Set up conference rooms and assist with facilitating events and activities
- Work well with all departments within CJ and across campus
- Answer the phone and take complete messages
- Occasionally respond to emails
- Lift 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with Excel and Word
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work summer and when campus is open
Working Conditions:
This is a student employee position, and the selected candidate will be expected to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
