Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Coffee Operations Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the Morning Ritual coffee shop.
- Manage barista and host staff, ensuring exceptional service and a positive work environment.
- Contribute to the growth and culture of the Morning Ritual business.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in bar, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
