At Applied Technical Services (Georgia), we are seeking a highly skilled Calibration Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Calibration Lab, you will play a critical role in coordinating aspects of the calibration program, including schedules, activities, database management, and support from other vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day coordination of the calibration program at the client facility
  • Proactively schedule calibration events 30, 60, and 90 days from the calibration due date
  • Act as the front-line liaison between the client and ATS
  • Work with other ATS labs to support calibration events that cannot be supported locally
  • Collect gages from designated locations within the client facility
  • Manage, schedule, and coordinate calibration activities for the client's calibration program
  • Maintain the calibration database at the client site
  • Coordinate 3rd party calibration support from other vendors
  • Prepare shipping and receiving documentation for weekly pickup from our local laboratory or other vendors
  • Generate purchase orders for parts, repairs, and calibrations from vendors
  • Order new products as requested from the client
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner on a consistent and daily basis
