We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist/Transport 1 to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. This full-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care and transportation services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide transportation services to patients and staff, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and emergency services to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Operate technical radio systems and software systems simultaneously, requiring strong multi-tasking skills.
- Work collaboratively with the emergency medical services team to provide high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous emergency communication experience preferred, but not required.
- Emergency Medical Services knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
