Role Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders received through various channels including phone, mail, and fax.
  • Ensure timely and precise data entry into the company’s proprietary system.
  • Communicate essential information to customers regarding pricing, shipping timelines, and any potential delays.
  • Generate shipping documentation for warehouse processing.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Monitor returned merchandise and analyze reasons to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
  • Compile quality metrics and prepare various reports for internal review.
  • Adhere strictly to established policies, guidelines, and pricing structures for customer accounts.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an office environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and determine effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • High level of accuracy and speed in data entry tasks.
  • Familiarity with document creation and editing.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Availability:
Must be available to work during month-end closing processes, which may occasionally fall on weekends.
