Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Science Professional Studio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, delivering effective assisted stretching techniques, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve clients, maintain and reinforce the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities, and partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
  • Scheduling and Maintenance: Keep clients on schedule with their programs and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and advance the industry.
Requirements
  • Education: Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in the fitness industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Compensation

$280.00 per hour
