About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Advanced Clinical Innovation Specialist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of advanced clinical and innovation strategies for our surgical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute new product launch strategies, product enhancements, and new indication launch strategies.
  • Provide clinical support to cross-functional teams throughout product milestones, including research products and first-in-man studies.
  • Assist in identifying, coordinating, and executing ExCEL launch trainings and curriculum development.
  • Support voice of customers (VOC) and innovation suites, and major tradeshows.
  • Execute ExCEL clinical launch plans in the US and globally.
  • Conduct onboarding activities and training of new team members.
  • Conduct continuing education for Abiomed Field Team.
  • Execute quarterly MBOs to align with cross-functional team and commercial business needs.
  • Create and review clinical and clinical marketing content.
  • Coordinate and communicate IFU updates with the Global Content Manager.
  • Develop and execute advanced training programs.
  • Align with global partners to standardize advanced training initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of cardiovascular clinical experience.
  • Clinical experience in the surgical operating theater.
  • Display enhanced leadership and team building attributes.
  • Viewed as a Clinical and Product SME in current role.
  • Desire to impact patient outcomes.
  • Exhibit effective strategic planning skills.
  • Must have a keen sense of prioritization, organization, flexibility, and time management.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and safeguard materials and information required.
  • Possess executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrates high-level presentation skills, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Ability for 50-75% travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years as an Advanced Surgical Consultant or have minimum of 4 years of Abiomed Field Team experience or previous surgical theater experience with high volume Impella 5.5 and RPSA experience highly preferred.
  • Complete Abiomed product portfolio experience.
  • ExCEL launch experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and portal technology a plus (Veeva Vault, Salesforce, Concur, Tableau, Cornerstone, OnDemand, Workday, SharePoint).

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $94,000 - $151,400, as well as a car allowance through our Fleet program. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. We also offer a consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)), as well as a long-term incentive program.
