Manufacturing Quality Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate Inspector to join our team at Consolidated Metco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting visual inspections of parts on the production floor, performing quality control inspections, and ensuring that products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct visual inspections of parts on the production floor to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform quality control inspections to identify nonconforming parts and document deficiencies.
- Communicate with production supervisors and quality managers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation devices.
- Provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
- Submit quality records for all parts inspected.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience as an inspector or in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
- Familiarity with visual inspection techniques is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plan. We also offer vacation time, sick leave, and 10 paid holidays per year.
