Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the broader business objectives.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain high-caliber talent. Oversee onboarding, training, and development initiatives to foster employee advancement.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Benefits Administration: Supervise the management of employee benefits programs, ensuring that our staff fully capitalizes on the comprehensive offerings.
  • Performance Management: Design and oversee performance evaluation systems to guarantee that employees meet organizational goals and achieve personal development.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that support company objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a comparable role, ideally within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
