Job Summary:
Pinnacle Recruitment Services LLC is in search of a skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR division and guarantee the effective functioning of all HR operations. The successful candidate will possess strategic insight and a robust background in HR management, particularly in the construction sector. As the HR Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing HR strategies that resonate with our organizational objectives and uphold our dedication to our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the broader business objectives.
- Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain high-caliber talent. Oversee onboarding, training, and development initiatives to foster employee advancement.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Benefits Administration: Supervise the management of employee benefits programs, ensuring that our staff fully capitalizes on the comprehensive offerings.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee performance evaluation systems to guarantee that employees meet organizational goals and achieve personal development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- HR Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that support company objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Health & Safety: Collaborate with the safety team to maintain a secure working environment and comply with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a comparable role, ideally within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
- Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
