Business Intelligence Analyst II for Investor Reporting

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst II for Investor Reporting to join our team at Newrez. This role is responsible for daily and monthly activities for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA, and Private Investor portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of mortgage servicing experience, with prior investor reporting or default/loss mitigation experience preferred. They will also possess an understanding of pooling and servicing agreements/GSE Servicing Guides.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position involves:

  • Daily and monthly activities for the specified investor portfolios, including cutoff reporting and reconciliations.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly investor reports, along with related cash movements and accounting entries.
  • Investigating, reconciling, and providing timely resolution to all investor issues and reporting exceptions.
  • Researching operational, reporting, or data issues and presenting solutions or process improvements to management.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with a high level of customer service and attention to detail. They will also be able to maintain and follow procedures and controls within the monthly process.
