Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that address their physical, emotional, and social requirements.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other specialists.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy behaviors and empowering them to manage their conditions effectively.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base annual salary of $83,000 - $110,000 depending on experience, plus benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
