  • Responsible for structural engineering design development and preparation of structural engineering construction documents
  • Develop building structural systems, both gravity and lateral, and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Help to build and maintain positive relationships with new and established clients, and contribute to the development of our company's reputation
  • Plan and estimate work and manpower requirements, and control budget to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage major and minor design projects from beginning to end, and ensure they are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Preparation and checking of design drawings and/or specifications, and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of progressively responsible structural building design experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus
  • Registered Professional/Structural Engineer is a plus
  • Experience in designing building structures with emphasis on concrete, steel, masonry, and wood
