Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled PT/OT Therapist to join our team at The Orchards of Wayne. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members, and maintain accurate documentation of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Communicate with patients, clients, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient services and outcomes
Qualifications:
Education/Licensure: A graduate degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy and a valid state license are required.
