Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train cashiers to ensure consistent execution of Lowes Foods Guest Service Standards.
- Process sales, cash, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare weekly cash reports and maintain sales-related information.
- Handle cash-related activities, including bank deposits, payroll check approval, and guest needs such as money orders and stamps.
- Ensure the security of the cash office and store funds.
- Monitor and analyze the Operator Activity Report and perform surprise audits to maintain accuracy and guest service standards.
- Process guest orders and maintain a daily front-end schedule to ensure proper guest service levels.
Requirements:
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well with others and supervise people.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
- Ability to read and understand information and direction.
- Knowledge of front-end operations and ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
- Effective communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and demonstrate successful use of math skills.
- Ability to work well with computers.
