Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Crane Service Technician to join our team at The Blue Collar Recruiter - Ambler, PA. As a key member of our service family, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for our cranes and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cranes and heavy equipment
  • Read mechanical schematics and troubleshoot issues
  • Document findings and complete reports
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure accurate and complete information
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in crane technician or industrial electrical work
  • Ability to complete required nuclear site access
  • Basic knowledge of machinery and tools, including design, uses, repairs, and maintenance
  • Experience with motors and gear boxes, 3 phase motor controls, and PLCs up to 480v
