Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Crane Service Technician to join our team at The Blue Collar Recruiter - Ambler, PA. As a key member of our service family, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for our cranes and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret mechanical schematics and blueprints to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with cranes and heavy equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cranes and heavy equipment, including welding and precision measuring instruments.
  • Collaborate with our Service Manager to ensure accurate and complete documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to our team members to ensure seamless operation of our equipment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in crane technician or industrial electrical work.
  • Ability to complete required nuclear site access.
  • Basic knowledge of machinery and tools, including their design, uses, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Experience with motors, gearboxes, and 3-phase motor controls.
  • PLCs up to 480v.
