Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing job orders to establish work priorities.
  • Coordinating the scheduling of repairs, maintenance, and installations of machinery, tools, and equipment to maintain uninterrupted production.
  • Overseeing the activities of personnel involved in the fabrication or modification of machines, tools, or equipment to create new products or enhance existing ones.
  • Collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to develop a preventive maintenance strategy.
  • Analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance reports to adjust and refine maintenance activities.
  • Conducting inspections of operational machines and equipment to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing innovative methods and procedures aimed at optimizing operations, reducing costs, and improving the effective use of labor and materials.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year institution; or over five years of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all responsibilities.
