Lexington Area Field Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team at LPX Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew of construction workers and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
- Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably with a focus on project scheduling and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)
