Job Description:

As a Toddler Teacher at Enchanted Care, you will oversee classroom operations, implementing our literacy-based and flexible curriculum. You'll have the freedom to develop creative activities tailored to students' interests and needs. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with staff members, administrators, families, and the community.

Requirements:

  • • 18 years or older
  • Compliance with company and state standards, maintaining required credentials
  • State-specific education requirements met
  • Preferably 6+ months of experience in licensed childcare facilities
