We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our Neuroscience team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a compassionate and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures as required by company policy and regulations.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, and respond to care rendered.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel, and maintain standards of professional nursing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
