Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports
  • Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
  • Strong basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in leadership positions within retail and customer service industries
  • Knowledge of basic optics and current store merchandise
  • State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states
