Job Overview

Christus Health is seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic procedures, including routine and advanced imaging tests.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet the expectations of applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
  • Perform a variety of diagnostic procedures, utilizing proper technique and giving appropriate procedural instructions to patients.
  • Evaluate patients for clinical contrast history and possible contraindications.
  • Adhere to established section and organizational protocols, QA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Interact appropriately with patients and all care providers by coordinating and prioritizing procedures during the workday to maintain a high level of patient care and continuity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that exam rooms are neat, clean, and adequately stocked prior to exams being performed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent required.
  • Current registration from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
  • Current state licensure required.
  • Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification required.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
