5 Points Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects and installing electrical systems while leading a team of electricians and apprentices.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret Conduit Drawings and Blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
  • Communicate daily goals and assignments with project managers to ensure project schedule is met.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and perform tasks according to OSHA and company standards.
  • Lead a team of 6+ electricians and apprentices to maintain project schedule and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Use technology to improve communication and efficiency within the team.
  • Ensure personal and team use of work tools is done so according to safety regulations.
  • Represent 5 Points Electrical in a professional manner and ensure team is working efficiently.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork efficiently and properly.
  • Actively participate in project lookouts to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of electrical experience (commercial preferred)
  • Basic low voltage experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of the NEC and construction safety requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Safety Conscious
  • Driver's license
