Job Summary:
Schulte Companies is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Process reservations and check-ins efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with luggage and transportation needs, ensuring guests' comfort and convenience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of lobby and common areas, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to guests, highlighting the unique benefits and value proposition of Schulte Companies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a related field highly preferred.
