The estimated salary for this position is $34,120 - $40,592 per year, based on a 35-hour workweek and $17.60 per hour wage rate.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Implement behavioral goals, teaching strategies, monitoring procedures, exercise programs, and other team-recommended programs and procedures
  2. Assist individuals in completing individual assessments
  3. Model positive adult roles in the community
  4. Foster community belonging through person-centered appropriate activities
**Requirements**
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3 to 6 months-related experience and/or training, or human service training certificate
  • Valid Connecticut Driver's License
  • CPR and First Aid certification
