Senior Living Support Assistant

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team at GlenOaks Senior Living Campus.
As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Performing delegated nursing tasks, such as administering medications and documenting resident care
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties
- Supporting residents with daily activities, such as meal service and recreational activities
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing, walking, and lifting, so you must be able to perform these tasks safely and effectively.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12-$15 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
