We are a dynamic and modern franchise offering explosive boxing and kickboxing group workouts to women and men across the US.
Job DescriptionAs a Coach at TITLE Boxing Club, you will work one-on-one, in small groups, and teach boxing and kickboxing classes to help members achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding personal training experience for new and existing clients
- Motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans, and tracking progress
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals that include appropriate exercise selection and teaching a fitness lifestyle
- Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base
- Morning availability is required
- Energetic and able to coach, motivate, and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey
- Understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Prior personal trainer experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) certification is preferred but optional
- Degree in kinesiology, exercise fitness, or related field or an approved personal training certification
Our team members are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and may experience occasional loud noise levels.
Extended workdays, weekends, and holidays may be required to support the business.
