About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Foster Care Family Worker to provide case management services for foster children and support their resource families. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with birth families to supervise family visits and facilitate reunification plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trauma-informed care and support to foster children and their resource families
  • Develop and implement individualized case plans to promote optimal care and healing
  • Collaborate with birth families to supervise family visits and facilitate reunification plans
  • Engage with local community organizations to provide resources and support to foster families
  • Participate in the agency's Growing Relationships, Outcomes, and Well-being (GROW) initiative to develop new educational programs
Requirements
  • Master's in Social Work or related field with a minimum of three years' experience in a human service setting
  • Experience in foster care and permanency services providing child and family services
  • Certification or extensive training in trauma-informed care
  • Safe driving record, valid driver's license, and reliable automobile
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
